Products and Goods

​

The availability of products and goods is subject to change. AliKat Reflectors, LLC values customers and will aim to accommodate buyers' requests, however, we are not responsible for change in availability of goods. Different designs or colors of reflectors, colors of chains, clasp style, and packaging of reflectors may be offered in the event of a change in availability of goods.

Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on the website. AliKat Reflectors, LLC is not responsible for any differences in color shown to actual products.

Prices

​

All prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in material costs and exchange rates.  Seller will make every reasonable effort to notify the buyer of any price change. Payment by buyer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment

 

Once an art proof and estimate are approved by the customer, and the invoice balance is paid in full, production on the order will begin. AliKat Reflectors accepts payment by check.

​

Delivery 

​

Delivery time will be confirmed after completion of order. Orders generally take 4-8 weeks once final art proof is approved and payment received, but times will vary depending on order size, print design and location. Large retailers are advised to place their orders three months before required delivery date. AliKat Reflectors, LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery.

Shipping and Taxes

​

Shipment of products is via FedEx or other shipping carrier. Shipping costs will vary on order size, weight and delivery location. Estimated shipping costs will be provided on the quote with a given shipping address. AliKat Reflectors, LLC does not ship outside the U.S.

​

Customer will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once an order has shipped.

​

If shipping boxes are damaged during shipment, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Customer will be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier in the event of damaged goods or lost boxes. 

​

AliKat Reflectors, LLC is not authorized to collect state taxes outside the State of Utah. If your company is not tax exempt, please remember to remit your use tax to your state by the end of the year.

​

Returns and Cancellations

​

Returns: AliKat Reflectors prides itself on our high-quality products. However, in the event of manufacturing defects on reflectors, customers will have 3 days after receiving reflectors to notify AliKat Reflectors. AliKat Reflectors will email a pre-paid shipping label to customer within 24 hours of notifying us.

​

AliKat Reflectors must receive reflectors with manufacturing defects within 7 days after customer has received them.  Customer should save all original packaging to ship products back.

​

Notable: Minor scratches, as well as possible visual effects from the printed ink due to prisms in the reflector, are the nature of this product and do not significantly affect the performance of the product. They cannot be avoided and are not accepted as manufacturing defects. All sales on products that do not have a manufacturing defect are final.

​

Claims for defective chains and clasps must be made within 10 days. AliKat Reflectors, LLC will send replacements in silver color.

​

Cancellations: Once final art work is approved by the customer and final payment has been received, production will begin and cancellations on orders are not permitted.

​

Limited Liability 

​

An AliKat reflector is not a toy. It is a choking hazard, and it is not intended for children under the age of three (3) years of age. Reflectors do not offer protection against potential crashes or accidents, and they are not a replacement for persons who use the reflectors for being vigilant at all times. AliKat Reflectors, LLC is not responsible for damages or losses of any kind including, without limitation, crashes, collisions, accidents, injuries, personal injury damages, special or punitive damages, damages for lost profits or revenues, service downtime, or any other type of losses including economic losses or claims by the buyer or any third party that may occur when wearing or using a safety reflector.

Privacy 

 

AliKat Reflectors, LLC will aim to keep all personal information, such as name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number confidential. Anyone emailing the seller is voluntarily releasing information and seller may use email addresses to respond as well as share information that may be of interest. Please inform the seller if you no longer wish to receive emails.

AliKat Reflectors, LLC will not sell or share personal information to third parties except when in accordance with and required by law. We can make no guarantee that data provided to us will not be disclosed, lost, or misused. Seller is not responsible for breach of security or misuse of personally identifiable information.
