Be Up to three times more visible With Reflectors

  • Reflectors should dangle. Drivers will notice movement more than a stationary reflection.

  • Reflectors can be attached easily by their clasp and chain to jackets, zippers, backpacks, handbags, walkers, wheelchairs, leashes, and more.

  • Leave your reflector on your jacket, bag, or backpack during the day and it will be ready for you to use after dark.

  • The more reflectors, the better. You should make sure that you have some type of reflection at your front and back.

  • Drivers: don't speed and watch for pedestrians and bicyclists.

  • Beware of driveways.

  • Obey traffic lights and rules.

  • Avoid distractions such as texting.

  • Pedestrians: use a sidewalk. If no sidewalk, walk on the side of the street facing the traffic to see oncoming cars.

  • Be aware of your surroundings. Drivers might not be able to see you.

  • Make eye contact with drivers.

  • For younger children: stay close to a parent, adult or older sibling.

  • Dress to be seen!
